Bi-State serves 12 cities across the Missouri/Illinois border with one shared phone line and one GBP. They were ranking nowhere outside St. Louis proper, paying $90+/lead through a generalist PPC agency, and watching termite-season demand go to competitors with better local SEO.

- 04 Restructured Google Ads geo-bidding by city tier. cut wasted spend in low-converting outer markets.
The outcome
Within 90 days, Bi-State Pest Control hit Map Pack #1 in 12 of their target cities, added 62 booked jobs per month from organic alone, and cut blended cost-per-lead by 38% versus the prior agency setup.
